Though he started investing in multi-family units at the young age of 19, Nico Narinyants was working in real estate even earlier, assisting his successful real estate agent father for as long as he can remember. This early start imbued in him a deep respect for the transaction, recognizing that, for many people, this is the biggest investment of their lives. He is honored to be part of that process, applying his strong work ethic, accumulated knowledge, and tireless dedication as he represents his clients’ best interests with integrity and transparency.
Nico grew up in neighborhoods around Glendale and Burbank, picking up a discerning expertise of the Greater Los Angeles area and nearby Kern County; both areas where he continues to serve. Inspired by the happiness he saw his father bring to clients, Nico is always expanding his knowledge to bring the same sterling service to each transaction.
Even outside of work, Nico is constantly pushing himself to grow his expertise, reading books that help him excel in all facets of his life. Dedicated and disciplined, he likes to remain active, prioritizing a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
